MathHive requests camera and microphone access solely to enable math problem scanning and voice input respectively. All processing occurs on-device. You grant us a limited license to process this data locally to provide the App's features. This license does not extend to storing, transmitting, or sharing such data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
